How do I create an account? +
Go to cbserevision.com/register, fill in your name, email and password, then select your grade. You'll receive a verification email — click the link in it and you'll be taken straight to your dashboard.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? +
Go to the password reset page, enter your registered email, and click "Send Reset Link". You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. Check your Spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
I didn't receive the verification email. What should I do? +
First check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there, go back to the register page and try registering again with the same email — this will trigger a new verification email. If the problem continues, contact us at hello@eduwebtech.com.
The notes or quiz for a topic says "coming soon". When will it be available? +
We're continuously adding content. Our team uses AI + expert review to create notes and quizzes — this takes a little time per chapter. Content is usually ready within a few weeks of a chapter being listed. You can use the AI Doubt Solver to ask questions about any topic in the meantime.
The AI Doubt Solver is giving an error. How do I fix it? +
This usually happens when the daily query limit is reached or there's a temporary connectivity issue. Try refreshing the page and asking again. If you've used all your daily queries, they reset at midnight. For persistent issues, raise a support ticket.
My quiz scores are not being saved. What should I do? +
Make sure you're logged in before taking a quiz. Scores are saved automatically when you complete a quiz — don't close the tab during the quiz. If you're logged in and scores still aren't appearing in your progress dashboard, try clearing your browser cache and logging in again.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Email us at hello@eduwebtech.com with your registered email and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We also offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions.
My payment failed but the amount was deducted. What do I do? +
Don't worry — failed payment amounts are automatically refunded to your bank/UPI account within 5–7 working days by Razorpay. If it hasn't been refunded after 7 days, raise a support ticket with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
Is there a mobile app? +
CBSERevision works fully on mobile browsers — open cbserevision.com on your phone and it works like an app. You can also add it to your home screen: in Chrome, tap the three dots menu → "Add to Home screen". This gives you an app-like icon and experience without downloading anything.
How do I download my completion certificate? +
Go to My Certificates. Once you've completed all topics in a subject, your certificate appears there automatically. Click "View Certificate" then use the Download button — it opens in a new tab formatted for printing. Use your browser's Print → Save as PDF option to save it.
How does the parent dashboard work? +
Parents get their own portal. First, ask your child to send you a parent invite from their profile — you'll receive an email to set up a parent account. Then log in at cbserevision.com/parent, where you can link your child by their registered email and see their quiz scores, topics completed, subject-wise progress and recent quizzes. You can link more than one child, and you'll also receive a weekly progress report by email every Monday.
