By creating an account, accessing, or using CBSERevision.com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Student", "Parent") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CBSERevision.
If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. By using the platform, your parent or guardian represents that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at hello@eduwebtech.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each student may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Our services are intended for students enrolled in CBSE-affiliated schools in India, their parents or guardians, and educational professionals. You must be at least 10 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
By using CBSERevision, you represent that you are using the platform for legitimate educational purposes only.
CBSERevision offers a free tier with limited access to notes, quizzes, and AI features. Free plan limitations may change at any time.
Paid subscriptions provide full access to all platform features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription fee to your original payment method.
If you are on the Student plan and wish to upgrade to Premium mid-cycle, we apply fair prorated billing — you are not charged the full Premium price on top of what you have already paid. Instead, we credit the unused days of your Student subscription and charge only the difference for the remaining days of the current cycle.
How it works: Email us at hello@eduwebtech.com or use the contact form with the subject "Upgrade Request". Our team will calculate the exact prorated amount, send you a secure payment link, and update your subscription within a few hours. After the current cycle ends, your subscription will continue at the regular Premium rate of ₹449/month.
We are working on automating this process. Until then, the manual upgrade workflow ensures you never overpay during plan transitions.
You may downgrade from Premium to Student at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current Premium billing cycle — you will continue to enjoy Premium features until that date. No refunds are issued for the unused Premium days, but no extra charges apply either.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us at hello@eduwebtech.com for a full refund.
After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds for failed payments that result in account charges will be processed within 5–7 working days as per Razorpay's refund policy.
All content on CBSERevision — including notes, quizzes, flashcards, AI-generated solutions, certificates, and platform design — is owned by or licensed to CBSERevision and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Our content is created to align with the NCERT curriculum. NCERT is a Government of India body and all NCERT trademarks and materials remain the property of NCERT. CBSERevision is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with NCERT or CBSE.
If you submit any content (e.g. through doubt queries or feedback), you grant CBSERevision a non-exclusive licence to use that content to improve our services. You retain ownership of your content.
Access to platform content is for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Sharing account credentials, downloading content for redistribution, or using our content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

CBSERevision uses AI technology (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide doubt solving, content generation, and personalised learning features.
AI-generated content, including doubt solutions and study notes, is provided for educational guidance only. While we strive for accuracy and align content with the NCERT curriculum, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with your textbook or teacher.
AI features are subject to daily usage limits based on your subscription plan. Limits are in place to ensure fair access for all users and to manage operational costs.
Queries submitted to the AI Doubt Solver are processed by Anthropic's API. We do not use your doubts to train AI models. Queries are stored in our database to improve your learning experience.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using CBSERevision, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
For users under 18, we take additional care to protect student data in compliance with applicable Indian laws. Parents may request access to or deletion of their child's data by contacting hello@eduwebtech.com.
CBSERevision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CBSERevision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or academic failure.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@eduwebtech.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CBSERevision shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
