Frequently asked questions

What happens after the trial ends? ▶
After 30 days, student access is suspended until the school upgrades to the Standard Plan. Teachers and principals can still log in. Students see a message that their school's trial has ended.
How is payment made? ▶
We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or cheque. We do not use auto-debit or recurring billing for school accounts. You pay once annually, and we activate your subscription within 24 hours of confirming the payment.
What is the minimum subscription? ▶
The minimum is 50 students at ₹1,200/student = ₹60,000/year. You can add more students at any time during the year; additional students are billed at the same slab rate on a pro-rata basis.
Can we increase the number of students mid-year? ▶
Yes. Contact us at hello@eduwebtech.com and we will issue a supplementary invoice for the additional students for the remaining months of the subscription year.
Does the trial student cap affect teachers and principals? ▶
No. The trial student cap (30 students) applies only to student accounts. Teacher and principal accounts have unlimited access throughout the trial.
Is there a discount for government schools? ▶
We offer special pricing for government and aided schools. Write to us at hello@eduwebtech.com with your school details and we will discuss a subsidised plan.
Can we get an invoice and GST receipt? ▶
Yes. We issue a formal invoice with GST details for every school payment. The invoice is sent to the principal's registered email address.
