📋 Overview

CBSERevision is operated by EduWebTech. We offer subscriptions for individual students and schools. This policy covers refund eligibility for all paid plans.

✅ We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for individual student subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

⚠️ Refunds are processed to the original payment method. UPI/debit card refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

🏫 School Plans

School subscriptions are annual plans. Refund terms are as follows:

• Within 14 days of payment and fewer than 10 students activated — full refund.
• After 14 days — no refund as the platform has been made available to students and teachers.
• Trial period (30 days) — completely free, no payment required. Refund requests during trial don't apply.
• Technical issues causing prolonged downtime (48+ hours) — credit or extension of plan, not a cash refund.

For school plan queries, email us at hello@eduwebtech.com with your school name and invoice number.

📨 How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@eduwebtech.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Name]
2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID (found in the payment confirmation email)
3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
4. Our team will respond within 1 working day
5. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

• Referral rewards (extended subscription days cannot be converted to cash)
• Partial months used in a subscription period
• Subscriptions cancelled mid-term after the refund window
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Use

❌ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand.
