How do I get a refund? ▾

I didn't receive my verification email. ▾
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, log in and click "Resend verification email" on the verification screen. If you still have issues, email us with your registered email address.
How do I get a school trial? ▾
Click For Schools at the top and fill in the interest form. We'll set up your 90-day free trial within 24 hours.
How do I upgrade from Student to Premium? ▾
If you are on the Student plan and want to upgrade to Premium, we apply fair prorated billing — you are not charged the full Premium price on top of what you have already paid.
How it works:
• Days remaining in your Student cycle are credited at the Student daily rate.
• Premium charges are calculated only for those remaining days.
• You pay only the difference. Example: if 25 days remain, you pay about ₹125 (not ₹449).
To request an upgrade: Visit the pricing page and click "⬆️ Upgrade to Premium", or use the contact form on this page with subject "Plan Upgrade Request". We'll calculate the exact amount and send you a secure payment link within a few hours.

Can I downgrade or cancel my subscription? ▾
Yes. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, then you move to the Free plan. To downgrade from Premium to Student, contact us with the subject "Plan Downgrade Request"; the change takes effect at the end of your current Premium cycle.
Is CBSERevision available as a mobile app? ▾
Not yet — but the website works beautifully on mobile browsers. A dedicated app is on our roadmap for later this year.
